To honor this sacred part of our history, we have created a group for women in their 20s and 30s to come together to learn, play, teach, grow, pray, and just be together. Each month has a different theme and activity. We would love to have you join us!

SHALOM! This is the meetup.com group begun by Eran Steiner.
This group is for Jewish singles and couples ages 21-45. We'll find ourselves mostly in the mountains but we'll also have other fun activities!
Some of the "other fun stuff" are sports-related activities (snowshoeing, ice skating, caving, camping, etc.), while others relate to a variety of interests, such as potluck Shabbat dinners, Sunday night Chinese food & movie, Red Rocks movie night, and enjoying music festivals.
I get great ideas from members (such as a moonlit hike coming this fall)! So, feel free to voice your event preference (whether it's a hiking destination or "other fun stuff" event).

Who Are We? Hineini is a dynamic group which welcomes Jewish adults in their 20s, 30s and early 40s. Our group consists of individuals who are singles and partnered, affiliated and non-affiliated, observant and secular, Jew by choice and by birth, interfaith couples, Ashkenazi and Sephardic, parents, non-parents and canine-parents, gay and straight, hip and geeky, veggie and meat eaters. Get the idea? Everyone is accepted in our group and we have participants from all over the Denver area. We have come together to make acquaintances, friends, business partners, mates, and more. We can't wait to meet you!
What's In A Name?
In the Torah, G-d speaks to Moses through the burning bush , asking him where he is. Moses responds: Hineini - Here I am. With the same dedication to Jewish life, this group was created. The word Hineini reminds us that we live in the here and now. Life is about creating opportunities in the present. Together we enhance our experience as young Jews in Denver , right now!
What We Aren't...
Hineni is not exclusive to members of Temple Emanuel, though many of our members are affiliated with the synagogue. We do not require any membership fees or any commitment on the part of our membership. We're simply here to enhance your Jewish experience.
